8 million dollars at a 15 percent interest charge equates to 240 million new shares and MASSIVE DILUTION.

Holders need to understand, some wont, the effective dilution this creates. A convertible note should also be converted to shares at the current share price minus any interest due to give an indication at today's level what dilution this is.

Suck it up. You're a holder. If you dont like holding sell. I AM NOT BUYING.
