My thoughts exactly a few months back when HC posters were flooding the threads with cries of Class Action to punish the company. I've participated in 2, you get pennies back on the dollar. So it was never going to be anything but an expensive and futile drain of money from the company. And in the end cause pain to the shareholders who continued to hold.
