    A prime example is ACU

    Just my 2 second review and it's looking like a scam to me.
    $35m raised (all tokens sold) yet here are two red flags.

    1. They state not all the $35m has been realized as some is coming in tranches, WTF?
    2. They ACU have decided (not part of the initial ICO) that all holders will be escrowed for 12 months, again WTF?

    Scam.
