Yes absolutely hope they can get an extension, that is down the lines of what I was thinking although I thought they may have progressed enough on a project vend to use as evidence for the ASX not to suspend.

I'm sure if they can provide enough evidence or legal reasoning they can continue to trade, unless they have plans of a completely different project outside O&G, then maybe they dont care about being suspended? They will have to comply with Chapters 1 & 2 and will be suspended anyway while they sort that out and the shareholders have a vote.

Either way, you can be sure that the effort to get a new chairman, also finding new money from overseas would not be for nothing, it's all a matter of timing though...
