Hey guys, I'm confused why nobody has found it odd the entire exec. management team sold a bunch of shares in the last 2 days?? I sold my shares this morning (on the NZX) as it seemed fishy.

Could you guys assess whether my logic was correct/incorrect?

1) Back in May they released a trading update that tanked the SP almost 25%, nobody sold except the instos
2) Geoff B retires and Jayne H joins
3) They post their best FY ever after 2 - 3 months of new CEO joining
4) SP goes up about 15%
5) Entire executive team cashes in their options and sells them (along with Geoff B), as well as a portion of their fully paid ordinary shares

See if one exec manager sold along with the old CEO, I'd say it makes sense because he's retired now and needs money... but for the entire exec team to sell?!?!
