"The Altura senior management team has also spent time in China in recent weeks finalising product pricing, cargo sizes and delivery schedule. The discussions have provided a clearer understanding of each party’s obligations and expectations to allow the development of the 2018 and 2019 shipping forecasts. Those forecasts and finalised sales agreements are expected to be completed and will be announced in coming weeks."


The above is why holders are becoming frustrated, because a few weeks becomes a month then becomes months, holders cannot be blamed for getting upset, and this seems to be a pattern of management.
Problem is, we complain, but nothing changes, its a no win situation in that regard!
