Bring a low achiever in this scale of business whether male or female is.
CEO's are expected to hit the ground running and make their mark on the company early and this includes firing people..
Jayne Hrdlicka of A2M set her mark very early and started firing underperfomers.
So please being a female CEO does not give them impunity. This one is unfortunately a dud.
