Just look at NZC. Good grades, FS done, huge IRR. DRC stock but thats not enough of a reason for a sell down either. Peaked at around 50c in January and recently hit a low of around 18c. That is a 64% fall and there is nothing wrong with that project. Look at the slow bleed it has had.
Maybe we chose the wrong sector and are baggies for that but nothing yet to tell me it is stock specific.
