Went back and re-listened to the Webcast recording on the 26th March that was done to promote the CR. Hunterr was correct, Meir did say that $200m would put all of the Pearls into orbit and pay for everything down to the paper clips (that quote was not linked to the first batch of Pearls specifically). He stated categorically that the last $15m CR will provide the funding that we need to put the first batch of 20 Pearls up.
He also said that most of the payments to GOMspace were on a delayed basis and they would be paid as each Pearl was delivered. So the majority of the construction cost won't appear in the financials until delivery of each Pearl takes place. Once GOMspace gets their production line up and running, they are expected to be able to pump out 2 to 3 (maybe more) satellites per week for SAS.
The stated estimated revenue levels are what will end up in the SAS bank account. These figures are not the reseller revenue that SAS will then get a portion of.
