NickyJames, thanks for your reply, and to you also, Dukedog. I hope you appreciate I'm not trying to be a smart ass. I said, 'with respect' and I meant it. I have also previously said that I understand why there is scepticism. I just believe bygones should be bygones. Continually dredging up past mistakes, which we've all made, serves no purpose other than to prolong the agony. Especially as faithfull shareholders, which you both are.

I too have been a longtermer. I guess the difference is that I first bought at 80 cents, sold half at around $2.80 on the way up, because I was happy with the gain, then sold the rest at $1.80 on the way down because I didn't like the way it was going at that time. I have subsequently bought back in at various prices around 20 cents and participated in a couple of the SPPs, although didn't buy into the one at $1.75 because I had a better entry point.

I have also, over the years, done my money totally on various failures. Planar Semi-Conductor and Cape Range Wireless come to mind. If I dwelt on that for too long I would have gone crazy.

As a shareholder, I call Alan Shortall from time to time. He has always accorded me his time and courtesy, but never offered anything that might remotely appear to be information that isn't in the public domain, a point which he is extremely strict about. He is well aware of past performance and would love nothing more than to make amends. I think he is on the right track now to do that. In fact I'm sure of it. I wish all those on this thread and elswhere who support Unilife he best of luck. As far as I'm concerned, it's game on. We will know soon enough.
