Read the announcement it is believed that all the shares will be placed into institutions/sophisticated buyers.......... so whilst they hold now expect a transfer in the future.

Good to see what the sp can do without the shorting........who knows were we would be now if it hadn't occured? But I guess what we need to focus on is where the sp can go from here on in - given some stability at least. Take a look at AGO for eg...
