RHC and CSL both are stocks and that's the only similarity they have.
Just an example, Albumin and Immunoglobulins will be administered to a patient as per the need whether she/he is in a private (read RHC in Au setting) or public hospital. Where a patient would go depends on whether they can afford insurance or not.
I might be wrong but the unprecedented scale of CSL 112, If successful, is still not factored in.
