Maybe just maybe there is a ray of hope at the end of this horrible tunnel.
I would love nothing better than to see Merrills and ANZ come a cropper on this and be forced to buy back on market.
Yes the lawyers will have a field day on this one but they wouldnt take up the challenge unless they saw a big payday. Damages mmmm
