LOL $14m that's hardly worth getting out of bed for...
I think generally most resources projects are presenting PFS numbers with around 20%-30% ROI in terms of the annual earnings yielded from the capex spend. SO usually ballpark 5yrs for the earnings to completely repay the capex.
So, if it costs around $20m for plant refurb and (say) $60m for re-engineering and expanding the pit etc. (total capex $80m) one would think the earnings need to be minimum $20m p/a over a decent LOM to justify the project.
