So all Bishop did, was make captain’s calls?
She may have put forward her views but she would have to be following her Part’s line ( or at least the PM’s).
I’m sure she didn’t have to call the PM, before she made every statement but the big calls that you have picked out surely wouldn’t have come off her own bat ( surely).
