If Fas achieved over 50% at these levels, then one would expect a large number of nuyers for FAS appearing- no sign of that in the last few days. GWR may not know who the holders is and be aware of the significance if a large player or Iron Ore miner or Chinese steel mill through a broker as agent has bought the shares!
