From the reports i've read about the Opes/ANZ dealings, Anyone with shares held through Opes have effectively lost them to ANZ.

If this is the case, and the 12% stake held in GWR by ANZ were in fact FAS shares, does this mean FAS has lost these shares?

If fas is the Buyer of the nearly 20 Million shares in the last few days, does this mean they are only buying back what they already held.

Wouldn't this mean they've paid twice for the same shares?

I certainly hope I'm mistaken or FAS is in for a major SP crash.
