The managing director did an "off market transfer" of 23 million shares. This is not a sale but a transfer of shares into another account, happens all the time with blue chip Aus companies, no different here.
As for bank interest, $25Mi at 1% would equate to $250Kpa. but since this is a business account and we can clearly see for the last quarter, total expenditure of $15.7Mi and total revenue for the quarter of $17.7Mi, then we can see this is on target to achieve $8Mi profit for the coming year. So interest plays a little part here, as the funds are used in the course of business producing $8Mi profit rather than small $259K interest profit.
My point is the big gap between NTA and market value, 13.9 cents vs 1 cent cureent price.
I'm only looking at low price bargains.
