I'm guessing they only turned it into $3 so that it wouldn't look so bad when it goes down more - after all, when it got to 3 cents there wasn't much further it could go.
Besides - what logical reason can there be for it increasing ... they only way it can do that is because, magically, SGH is worth more somehow than it is now.
And, if anything, it's going further and further down it's self-made black-hole.
No matter, just waffling.
