We don't know any details about the pilot besides the fact it has a certain throughput, and will cost a certain amount of money.
Where will the plant be built? By whom? What date will construction start? Is there a commissioning process? What is the expected commissioning process? When will the targeted throughput be achieved?
15kgs/hr = 131 tonnes running 24/7. That is 131/5000 which is 2.6% of the P1 capacity. So is it really a "pilot plant" ?
