    If you want a biotech then this is not for you. It is a hybrid.

    A former research company dabbling in highly competitive retail marketing of beauty products.  A totally different skill set IMO and as a result expensive mistakes have and will continue to be made and share holders will foot the bill as management adapt and refocus on new careers as marketing gurus.
