I agree re sales being non-linear - something similar happened in FY17 if I remember correctly. That said I'm less convinced wIth the argument that sales follow capacity buildout - S2 had massive presales before the building was even completed - compare M2 - lots of space built and surprisingly few sales - as for starting construction on P2 - CS must know something others don't! Equally CS trots out the "sIgnIfIcant contracts close to realisatIon" lIne every 6 months.
this is my largest holding and while 25-30% compound growth is a great backstop - the valuation means it's prone to speed wobbles on changes in market sentiment and "quiet" halves don't help.
