I can see this carrying on for quite some time. One article suggested that the secured creditors did not have clear title of the shares, otherwise they would have been receiving dividends. One winner in all of this...LAWYERS.
Here we are squabbling over the movement of 10-20%. I have utmost sympathy for the "innocent" clients. You know...the ones that did not default on their loan, and have now lost ALL their holdings. I can't bear to imagine what the near retiries are going through this week.
