He also had an additional 3,925,844 options.
In terms of shares this means that Maurice controls 4% of the company.
Sam Jarvis as per his directors interest notice holds 13,500,000 shares as per his directors interest notice of 13th June 2018: https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20180615/pdf/43vsstm7y9pfxl.pdf
He also has an additional 6,750,000 options.
In terms of shares, this means that Sam Jarvis controls 3.49% of the company. So between them the two directors control 7.5% of the company and that does not include the options that they both hold.
In my mind this classes as balls deep.
