What affect does the turmoil in Argentina have on the business going forward? Is this the reason the short position has been so relentless?

I saw this morning a small
Export tax was announced on agriculture and all other goods shipped internationally in an attempt to curb skyrocketing inflation- 3 peso on each dollar

I’m interested in the company- thought the last results were positive - good financial position- good contract prices—— just trying to work out if  this turmoil will Affect the business in the near term as the country in which it operates has another big financial Crisis
