Transport is no impediment. There are many operators in the DRC currently shipping out concentrate. Anvil Dikulushi ship via road to a lake then transport across the lake into Zambia where it continues onward.
A lot of operators actually just sell concentrate at the mine gate (Anvil Kolwezi). No shortage of chinese traders will to come in and pick up.
FQM ship across border into Zambia I believe.
Tiger BTW sits along a major highway and operational railway tracks. they will simply freight into Lubumbashi and let the traders pick it up and export.
