That leads to a couple of thoughts. The option giver and receiver need to be confident 5c is not a pie in the sky figure - and also motivates both sides to get the sp higher in order for the ops to be effective. Better than giving money away by issuing options at a price lower than current sp value. Maybe something good is close by?
