Capital raisings are an interesting thing to toot about. Look at LG Chem throwing millions into COB at $1.10 a few months ago, now at 46 cents. Just saying people looking to throw money around aren't necessarily right - as anyone watching MNS in the last 2 years has seen the downtrend has been ruthless.
