yes it is odd, however the annoucement by key was basically to state that they will not have flow rates until the end of the month minimum, and i think if they hadnt announced that then investors would be wondering "where are the flow rates?". I think the announcement was more of a friendly update that they really didnt have to make and it was their choice, aminex i guess chose not to follow the same lead, they may be of the opinion that "they will get the flow rates when we know them and thats it, no announcements until then"
