That is a fair point tbh. Probably not. It will help with local costs though: when GXY is buying supplies, equipment etc from local companies who are enjoying a significantly lower tax burden. Local companies competing to do business with GXY will be better positioned to offer Galaxy lower-cost goods and services.
The weak currency is a huge plus for GXY.
