Today is setting up as the 4th time this year to close outside of the bollinger bands on the low side.
Have a look at what happens within a week of the share price being outside the band on AGY.
With the indicators tracking towards all being in oversold territory on the daily, this looks like an interesting set up for the next few weeks.
