Hemmo, thanks for clarifying where the 24m shares came from, you are obviously all over this, unlike me.
How much did they pay for those 24m shares? Am I correct in thinking .08?
Let's hope they continue to hold, I expect they will at least until their 'purchase' is back in the black.
The latest underwriting at 4.7 by them (under Pinnacle) will see them effectively averaging down to closer to .065. Do you agree with that accessment?

You can see I'm very interested in Somers involvement here as I think it a sort of litmus test of the true viability of the project at this point in time. Why would they be getting into this the way they are if they thought it was not going to come up roses. They are no mugs. Kinda hope my logic is correct. Anyone care to add something to the discussion?
