Well that really takes the biscuit. It massively hampers any potential upside the mine could have! I honestly hope this comes to bite the Zambian government in the ass, because if they are supposed to be looking after the people of Zambia, scaring/pissing off foreign investment via this giant middle finger is *not* the way to do things.
Talk about killing the goose that laid the golden eggs!
