Sorry jdon but this article is about PayPal moving into the digital "gift card" space which seems like a good idea, but it's still all about gift cards. Why you naturally assume they are moving in on Afterpay's territory with there own idea from this article is amusing. Even if they do develop there own platform it will take them 12 months and by that time they APT will be deep into the US/UK market, would be cheaper for them to just go and buy Afterpay don't you think?
