    1. Finance - terrible
    2. Directors giving themselves bonus shares - terrible
    3. Soar labs fiasco - terrible
    4. Time to get exchange up and running - terrible
    5. Holding everyone's money hostage - terrible
    6. Issues with tax office - terrible
    7. Unpaid employees - terrible

    is there one positive thing
