The board has shared its intention to pay part of any settlement with shareholders. If you look above GoldenChook has done the maths for you for various scenarios. Essentially POH will retain a portion for working capital and pay the rest (I think as a capital return but could be wrong) to the shareholders. It is the draft decision which is imminent. After that there is still some haggling by the parties (somewhere I read minimum 3 weeks) before the final decision is handed down. So taking GC's numbers if there was a $60M settlement you would get 1.7c per share back when the decision is final (and the payment is made of course).
