I don't think they seek large sum of money, possible 1 share for every 5 held @ $.10 or $.11 per share raising around $ 5 million.
That would be enough to run the office, a bit of sundries expenses and the monthly cheque for the Directors for the next 3 years. Happy days for Noel and Tchacos.
According to Rivermore, they are industry top notch operator simply because he/she made a few dollars entering the right time.
