We are all witnessing the stock market effects from Opes Prime.
I can't begin to imagine the sell down if CFD providers start having liquidity issues.
I think ASIC should request an immediate disclosure from ALL CFD providers as to what they are doing with the products that they own.
Remember at the end of the day the CFD provider owns the shares - not you! - even though you have paid a percentage for the position taking.
Caution is definitely required with CFD providers and today imo.
