interest rates too high, and stop people from owning their own property ??????? hard to say, but too much available credit, at low interest rates (far to low), did nothing for affordable housing.

renting often seems to be cheaper - but where watso lives, in western australia, there is a big shortage of rental properties. the big problem with reniting is that it would not matter how good a tennant, a person might be, but there is always the real possibility, that they will have to move on , sooner or later. with 20 or 30 people looking at each available rental, then sadly, someone has to miss out

too many people coming to western australia, to be part of the boom !!!!! what boom???? as for most people, they actually miss out.
