I've said it before and I'll say it again, I do believe FBR will sell the commercial licencing of the HX to CAT for an exorbitant amount of money while retaining the licencing on bricks and adhesive. This will supercharge cashflow for the short term and prosperity for the long term. every HX CAT produces will be more blocks per year for FBR's cash stream. This would allow FBR to fastrack all their other projects.
