I'd say it's simple: GWR has suffered from liquidity issues for months. NONE would buy it and that's why it's gone down to 85c.
Who therefore would be able to pick up the 20m shares over the last few days? I'd say only FAS people, since none else was buying. Perhaps it's overly simplistic, but I would rather look at the buyers, not who's selling.
Who has $15m to buy into GWR on a day's notice - I say again FAS. Cheers
