    Still fail to see the fascination in IPB.

    Went up on no news, and only good news,

    IF and WHEN it comes, will save it from going lower.

    Finding the "bottom" for a buy, not much use if it doesn't go higher.

    Are people expecting 10, 11, 12 cents here?
