You're right there, and I don't get involved with this margin lending crap so cannot say I'm fully informed.
But I am a long term shareholder of ANZ, and from what I know I can't see they have done anything wrong, as they own the shares, not OPES.
Anyway, the court will make a decision soon enough, I'll be extremely surprised if ANZ are found to be wrong.
If I may, are you directly affected by this collapse, or just commenting for the sake of it?
