Could be. I just wanted to be a bit more conservative and not excite people that power is already on site - up to them to determine. It might be there (no substation). From the GIS data I got from the below link, 66 kV is a direct feed from the hydro plant and about 12km away depending on where they pick it up and more stout but the 33 kV could be adequate and runs directly through the resource area. For them to sort out with the experts in the SS. In either option, power is either there or relatively close.

- Power looks OK.
- Resource is huge.
- Mine site looks good.
- Road access is good.
- Note sure about water. TBD in SS but they must have a plan. But, perhaps why downstream processing is talked about as not sufficient water is on site for full processing.
