There is nothing wrong in what you are saying.

First, lets get an offer on the table.

Then the company and independent consultants can review to see whether it represent fair value.

Lastly, everyone should do what is best for them and their family - it is afterall, your money.

Some may want to cash in.

And some may want to rollover their shares into the purchasing company.

That is a win-win situation for all.

For me, an offer will put a floor to our Share Price or at least put it within a trading range.

Just have a look back at AWE - its SP was drifting backward after the Waitsia results, until the first offer was made.

After that, a bidding war began.
