Aus. you have constantly claim the RE sector is under invested. Maybe sometime in the past you provided data to support this but I cannot rember it. Now you put it out as fact and do not provide any support data. Since you believe this strongly I wonder if you could take a moment to give us all some info on why you believe this. Compared to what other sector, and using what Metrics. If you want I will be glad to offer some reasons I believe support is about right to slightly over invested.
IF you would please keep it in the next year or two. I do believe in 3 to 4 years the sector will be a very strong sector. Most investors will wait to see this unfold then invest. It is crasy to tie up money for several years before something happens.
