I said the RE mkt was tiny, compared to most other commodities it is.
It is also heavily OVER invested, has been for a decade or more, why else do you think we've seen largely sub economic prices for so long?
China claims to have recently cut a major portion over that over investment, from 300ktpa capacity back to 200ktpa.
I have stated a lot of ROW capital has been misdirected in the space, Moly's $1.2Bn splurge on Neo, Kentucky coalfields & Canadian oil sludge, plus a host of failed U explorers and other assorted turkeys that wouldn't fly in a hurricane come to mind.
Plus every PDF prepared by DoE, DoD & GAO on the subject for the past decade, could have bought a couple of pallets of Sorbent from the local CostCo for a fraction of the price.
