SPP money is introduced capital and used to actually build the company (so it can be hopefully profitable) ......... a rise or fall in the SP has no change on the profitability at the mine (just profitability of the shareholder).
When the SP is around the SPP price then holders have to make a choice about helping the company with needed capital, or basing choices on their own profit/loss thoughts.
We each get to decide if we should join the instos when fresh capital is needed .......... cos the company is saying that without fresh capital they may not survive ........... and what would the SP be then?
