    I had small holding up till yesterday when I sold after hearing of a local business here in Cairns putting a STOP CREDIT on all CEC related businesses.

    They are actually depressing the real estate market ATM, with the avalanche of properties they are throwing on the market ........ Anyone want a cheap piece of crap shoebox house in a soon to be deserted new suburb in the stinking hot tropics?
