    You would ask why he didn’t buy last week at 15cents would have been an easy 15-20k profit.
    Did he wait for the latest development?
    Or was he simply playing fair dinkum with us, no insider trading and willing to pay a premium?
    $20k here and there is nothing compared to protecting his reputation, that speaks well of vmc directors
